By accepting these Terms of Use, the Customer of Shandong Weltalu, Co., Ltd., (hereinafter “WELTALU”) accepts the “WhatsApp” platform, a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, as a customer service channel for WELTALU.
This channel allows communication between the Client and WELTALU and does not replace in any case the usual channels of Customer Service of WELTALU indicated in the General and / or Particular Conditions of the products and services that the Client has contracted with WELTALU.
For its use, it is necessary to have access to the mobile Internet and to be a WELTALU Client. In addition, The Client must have a WhatsApp account, for which he will have previously accepted the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy in force at all times of this platform.
The customer will request WELTALU to be served by this channel, first accepting these Terms of Use. Once accepted, the Client may use it as a contact method to resolve their doubts or incidents as a Client.
